This notice is to inform the membership that, in accordance with Florida Statutes §718.112, The Colonies Two, Inc. did not receive a sufficient number of eligible candidates to conduct a 2026 board election. As a result, the election process has ended and the association will proceed with an appointment process to fill the remaining vacancies.

Under this process, the eligible candidates for the 2026 Board of Directors will be seated, and the seated directors will appoint the remaining vacant seats by majority vote.

To complete this process in an orderly manner, the association will hold two meetings back-to-back on February 9, 2026. The first meeting will be held to announce and seat the eligible candidates who will serve on the 2026 Board. Immediately following that meeting, the Board will convene a second meeting—an Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors—to appoint directors to fill any remaining vacancies and to elect officer positions (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer).
