5 Ways To Make A Payment

To accommodate different preferences, the Association offers several secure payment methods, including online, in-person, and mail-in options. Review the details to select the method that best fits your needs .

ACH Payment (Owner Portal)

Make a secure bank-to-bank payment through the Owner Portal. This option is recommended for recurring monthly payments and helps ensure timely posting.

Credit Card Payment (Owner Portal)

Submit your assessment using a credit or debit card through the Owner Portal. Processing fees may apply, and payments are posted electronically for convenience.

In-Person Payment (With Coupon)

Payments may be made in person at a Truist Bank branch using your payment coupon. This option allows for direct submission and in person bank receipt.

ACH Payment via Truist (With Coupon)

Submit an ACH payment using the banking and coupon information provided by Truist. This option allows for electronic payment while ensuring your account is properly identified and credited.

Pay by Mail (With Coupon)

Mail your payment and the coupon provided in your payment book to the Association’s Truist Account.
